THE FAIRY TALE 

THE FAIRY TALE WEDDING PACKAGE INCLUDES:  

O    INITIAL CONSULTATION WITH THE BRIDE AND GROOM, COMPLIMENTARY IN PERSON

o    minimum of 2 planners on site with 2 OR 3 additional STAFF as needed

o    vendor call one week prior to wedding

*confirm details with vendors

o    help with rehearsal direction

*work with wedding officiator to choreograph wedding ceremony, processional and recessional

*instructions on usher seating and family seating

*bridal party lineup

o    ceremony setup

*set up programs and other ceremony items

*confirm the ceremony music, the start times and the start signal

*work with officiant

*communicate with bride and groom so they know how much time remains before the start of    the ceremony

*confirm setup of special arrangements ( unity candle, unity sand ceremony,MEMORIAL      TABLE etc)

o     reception setup

*look over dining tables and make sure they are setup properly

*help guests locate their escort cards and dining table

*coordinate with dj

o     emergency kit

o     unlimited correspondence
